Chef Rain Käärst

Rain offers you his help. He cooks various fish dishes under open sky and teaches both how to fillet and how to prepare fish. There are ideal spots for this in Lahemaa, provided and supported by the Estonian State Forest Management authority (RMK).

Invite local Lahekala chef Rain Käärst to help you prepare your haul. Rain says that there is nothing he likes to cook more than freshly caught fish, especially if the cooking takes place in a pleasant company right on the shore.

You can agree on the menu beforehand, and Rain Käärst will make sure to bring all of the ingredients with him, including extra fresh fish if necessary. Standard package includes:
