The Administrator is the chief processor of the User’s personal data. In the course of providing the Service, the Administrator may collect the Personal Data of the User or natural persons using Lahekala.ee on his or her behalf and with the User’s consent. The Administrator collects Personal Data in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing upon concluding the Agreement with the User, providing the Services and otherwise as a part of using the Website in accordance with the Terms of Use. When providing all Services, the Administrator stores the IP address of the computer of the User or a natural person using Lahekala.ee on his behalf in order to ensure the security of the information system and compliance with the Terms of Use of the Service.
By concluding the Agreement, the User or a natural person using the Lahekala information system gives his consent to the Administrator to process his / her Personal Data under the conditions and to the extent outlined in the Terms of Use. The user or a natural person using the Lahekala information system on his or her behalf has the right to withdraw the consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent before revoking it, by contacting the Administrator. Upon withdrawal of the consent, the individual User cannot use the Lahekala information system.
The Individual User has the right at any time to request access to the Personal Data collected about him or her or to request correction of that data or to restrict their processing or to present an objection or a request to terminate the processing of their data and to delete or close the collected close the user account. If it is not possible to provide the Services to the User without such Personal Data, the User shall be deemed to have submitted a request for unilateral termination of the Agreement by submitting a request for termination, deletion or closure of the Personal Data and the Administrator has the right to terminate the User. The aforementioned consent to the processing of Personal Data cannot be revoked retroactively.
A User who is a natural person has the right to file a complaint against the processing of his or her data with the Data Protection Inspectorate or a court.
The Administrator shall keep the received information on the communication with the User or a natural person using the Lahekala information system on his behalf and on the operations in the Lahekala information system in electronic form for up to 5 years, but shall also make extracts in other forms if necessary.
This Personal Data is used by the Administrator:
- for the performance of the Agreement entered into with the User;
- For the provision of services and its better planning;
- User Segmentation and Personalization of Services;
- the Administrator does not transfer the Personal Data received about the User or a natural person using the Lahekala information system on his behalf to third parties,
The administrator transmits the user’s data if he is:
- marked the data themselves as their contact details through the user account and allowed their publication;
The Administrator does not use the contact information received about the User or his / her natural person to transmit information not related to the use of the Lahekala information system.
The user or a natural person using the Lahekala information system on his or her behalf has the right to see the data available to him or her about the Administrator and to request the correction of the data. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data.
